Raid Ready

Hi all this is what i'm looking to set for "requirements" this season. I want to get a good program going because we have a lot of great people. Our target is full clearing heroic and we will start with Normal.
Normal: 580 ilvl (at the start if you're not quite there it's all good)
Heroic: 595? ilvl (update as we get further)
know your class and rotation, some good references are wowhead and icyveins.
Bring healing potions, flasks and enchants (phial, combat potion, weapon enchants)
I'll try and bring the feasts.

Weak Auras
Raid guides (only really need to look into one of them):
